Recommended minimum age of 10–12 weeks

Minimum age for OFA Certification is 12 months old
The reduced OFA registrations apply only to tests completed at these shows. Please bring following info: Dog's registered name and number, breed, sex, date of birth, microchip number, registration number of sire and dam, owner/co-owner names to complete paperwork.
